The article is devoted to the process of resettlement of peasants-collective farmers from the Gorky region to the Usolsky district of the East Siberian region in 1935. The author considers the guarantees provided to immigrants, in the form of benefits, loans, housing, etc., as well as the shortcomings of the campaign.
