Abstract (English):
A new scheme for the formation of trap oil product(TOP)by JSC ANHK has been proposed, which allows to reducing its quantity and increasing the efficiency of oil refining. The process of processing a stable water-oil emulsion trap oil product was investigated. An efficient separation method was found based on a combination of temperature centrifugation and the use of cationic flocculants. The recipes for the preparation of residual fuels and coking raw materials with the optimum amount of involvement of the prepared TOP to produce products with the required quality indicators were selected.
