In terms of mass non-communicable diseases for the period 1988-2016, the quality of life in children decreases as a whole due to the increasing influence of common background (regional) factors throughout the region, and in industrial cities and the administrative center in addition to the impact of local adverse factors including anthropogenic air pollution.
