%K The article provides an analysis of theoretical sources on the problem of sociability, conflict of personality, organization of effective interaction in working groups. Styles of behavior and conflict management strategies, the negative and positive impact of the conflict on the individual and relationships are examined. The results of an empirical study of the level of sociability and conflict in students are presented, the statistical reliability of the relationship between these personality qualities is proved.
