Abstract (English):
The problem of cost management at the enterprises of automobile transport is one of the most important for effective functioning. The structure of enterprises differs from each other, so it is important to analyze the costs in relation to the organization. In order to reduce transportation costs, a multilevel model of the full distribution of costs is used, which is given in this article. The transport logistics of an enterprise engaged in the transport of goods in intercity traffic is considered. The differences in the cost structure and their impact on the optimization of transport routes and logistics management are established.
