Abstract (English):
The proposed air-cooling unit with tubes rotating due to the energy of the fluid flow. The tubes are driven by a screw fixed inside the tubes. The flow of cooling air in the annular space is created by blades mounted on the outer side of the rotating tubes. The new design allows to intensify the heat exchange in the air cooling unit and to abandon the use of powerful fans that consume a large amount of electricity.
