Abstract (English):
The urgency of the problem of automated energy consumption accounting is shown. The analysis of existing systems of automated accounting. It is determined that the main element of the system of collection and transmission of information should be a device that includes elements of microprocessor control. Serves as the base of the device to use the ALPHA devices enabling the collection, processing and transmission needed to assess energy production efficiency information in the automatic mode.
