Abstract (English):
The article presents the main characteristics of the quality of working life. It analyzes the results of an empirical study, the purpose of which was to ascertain the following main characteristics of the quality of working life: important aspects of work, aspects of work of concern, evaluation of the system of moral incentives in an enterprise, the most significant moral incentives. According to the empirical research on the enterprise, one can characterize the situation of dissatisfaction with work and the low quality of the working life of the employees of the analyzed company. The article proposed to develop a flexible system of employee motivation, to develop a strategy to improve the quality of working life of staff, a phased plan for the introduction of the new system in the work of the enterprise
