Abstract (English):
The labour productivity growth serves as a basis for high dynamics of a national economy’s development. International Labour Organization (ILO) approved the approach, aimed at the improvement of the labor activity process, and ILO tested that approach in developed and developing countries. The international movement for the labour productivity growth became the result of the ILO’s efforts. The main lines of that movement’s development at the specific enterprise were suggested within the paper.
