Abstract (English):
The competence approach to assessing the level of the student's education within the framework of the educational program is considered and a description of the computer program developed by the authors is worked out, the algorithm of which is based on the evaluation of the «indicator» of the competence level and the «private evaluation» obtained in the students study of the discipline provided in the curriculum.
